Massage

Apart from the common benefits of massage such as relieving muscle pain and improving circulation, massage also assists in soothing anxiety and helps lift depression. We all know massages are incredibly relaxing to the mind and body.

 

When suffering from digestive problems our bodies are in a constant state of stress and inflammation. This can cause anxiety (a ‘knot in the stomach’) and insomnia. Massage can help calm your nervous system and help you sleep better. It also supports your immune system in fighting colds and flus.

 

Often one can experience abdominal aches accompanied by gas and pain. The soothing effect of stomach massage can help to alleviate these painful symptoms.
