A Health History consultation with health /wellness coach prior to the retreat via video conference or phone.

Luxury villa-style accommodation for three (3) nights and four (4) days.

Transfers from Ballina & Gold Coast to Retreat and all internal retreat transfers.

All nutritionist-accredited and organic meals, snacks and drinks.

Sample Day

6:30amRise and shine – your retreat facilitators greet you at your Villa with your probiotic starter and escort you to the main retreat centre.
7:30amStart your day with a freshly cold-pressed organic juice and learn how simple it really is to make for yourself.
8:00amVisit the Local Farmers Markets. Our retreat guide will introduce you to the growers, the producers allowing you to investigate and ask questions about their produce, all whilst taking in the community atmosphere.
10:00amAfter all that talk of food, arrive back to the retreat centre for a group breakfast.
11:00am – 1:00pmSeminar session with plenty of breaks and exercises to support your education!
1:00pm – 2:00pmAfter all that brain activity it’s time for the main meal of the day – the Group Lunch. Take the time to eat slowly and savour your food, ask our chef questions about the food you are enjoying.
2:00pm – 3:30pmTime for some hands-on fun with our fermentation workshops! Brewing, Sprouting, fermenting – you’ll learn it all!
4:00pm – 5:00pmLet’s stretch those legs – time to get the body moving at one of Byron Bay’s most iconic locations for our Group Movement Session.
5:00pm – 6:30pmFree time will be spent in your luxury villa for your Wellness Inclusion or take the opportunity to take a dip in the pool, read a book or simply relax!
6:30pm – 7:30pmOur Group Dinner will be a light meal prepared with your overnight digestion in mind.
7:30pm – 9:00pmJoin in the evening mindfulness session!
9:00pm – 10:00pmReturn to your villa for that much needed rest and sleep.
